The Junior Committee is the sub-committee responsible for dealing with and regulating all matters concerning junior members of the club. This covers a full range of issues including organising practices and fixtures, arranging coaching and coaching equipment, setting the code of conduct, safeguarding young people, child protection considerations and more.

The objectives of the Junior Committee are to:

(a) ensure a proper structure is set up and maintained within the Junior Section to help safeguard the future of the club;

(b) ensure the best coaching realistically achievable is available to the junior members;

(c) provide proper facilities for coaching and junior matches;

(d) encourage young people to participate in sport and enjoy the benefits of a healthy lifestyle; and

(e) create and maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for children to participate in sport and achieve their potential.
